Raoul Wilke

A prolific and multi-talented artist, from a plethora of dance forms to visual arts, Raoul shows how we can seamlessly tie the movement to the people. With his focus on forever being a student, he has gathered lots of knowledge and inspiration to bring in new ideas, as well as pay homage to original ones. He has mentored dancers both locally and internationally and can be found sharing his love of dance, at Toronto Metropolitan University where he teaches the importance of the individual.

Raoul has won numerous events and has two Dora awards, one being for a company he is currently in (Holla Jazz) and another for his show, “Young Gifted & Jazz” in collaboration with dance immersion. He continues to further his research and bridge the gap between the root form, with a fresh perspective that is related to the present day.
